A good training program / weight gain or a program for football (QB) next year?
I 14 years at 15, I am pounds 5 '10 "and 132 … I'll play qb for next year and you can take 30 to 35 meters with a regulation size ball CFL (CFL ball is more bigger than the NFL) and have until August 16 the first day of soccer try-outs begin. I need a program that can start now that I'm going to get heavier and stronger … PLZ HELP
is not a bad way, be sure to eat more carbohydrates and calories, and then run and work in the gym and burn fat in the muscle
