When I can see weight loss?
Here is the scenario. I have 17 years of age. My height is 5foot 10. My weight is 199 pounds. I have more weight. I was on a diet of 3 weeks. And to be honest, I think I am more and more wetlands. However, this may be an illusion in my mind. In addition, I started eating more vegetables and meat cutting simple carbs like potatoes and junk food. I drink lots of water. And here is my weeks of training. (My week has been simply stay home and gym) Monday: Gym Tuesday: Running / sprint Wednesday: Football Thursday: Library (no exercise) Friday: Pool Saturday: jogging sprint / Sunday: rest and family. The real problem is that before I've been on a diet. My weight was recorded as 195 pounds and three weeks that I'm gaining weight. What to be honest put me off a bit from my diet. When will I be able to see real weight loss?
u have tried weight … all activities feature, should have provided a little faster … but it takes more time … to keep up the good work and stay motivated. I bet I feel awsome!
